It appears that it is a problem with the 'rogers.com' domain, at least in its ability to receive mail from Comcast.
I have just tried to send again from a different location (different town actually) and email program (Windows mail vs. Outlook 2007).
I can receive mail but not send out to rogers.com. I also just tried changing my SMTP (outgoing server) from Comcast to that of Biiwii.com, but that did not work either, which means it is likely not a Comcast issue.
Please send me mail and any alternate email address you might wish to use until this is straightened out.
