Gary & Otto, a Love Story Continues... Antares Minerals

Otto says "dude, I am pounding the table"... I say "lemme look at chart", then I think "dude knows his LatAm fundies and chart is constructive"... okay I buy.  It's primarily a copper play and I guess there is a limited place for such positively correlated things in the portfolio considering that the big macro questions are not yet answered.
