Equity Put/Call Ratio

Here is an interesting chart I just found in inventory...  $CPCE got down to the area I had previously shaded and noted as 'bears to capitulate again?' and has turned back up above the top fan line.  A few things I look at indicate the bulls could have one more pop up their sleeve, but this picture says 'maybe not, bully' as the downside has been satisfied.  Good stuff.
