So this morning I bought Global X Uranium fund URA on fire sale and bought back a former NFTRH U darling, URG and even took back cleaner coal guy FTEK. Maybe the world is ending or just maybe, the herds are knee jerking like they always do when emotion gets stirred up.
Gold stock core holdings? Please... I hope they go lower. That way hedges can be covered, the 'high general risk' flag can be folded up and stored for future use and some additional buying opportunities can be scouted. I am tuned in to some parameters there, and so is my newsletter.
This is not the way I had envisioned it (thank you Captain Obvious), but the flight to T bonds tells us that the herd is going off sides again. Patience and game planning will see rational people through.
But I tell you this dear blog reader, I feel better now - as a market participant anyway - then I have in a while. It is time to separate the doofuses from the successful speculators.
