Parker Hannifin (PH)

This is the US manufacturer I know most intimately.  Appears PH had a bit of a forecast on the ISM, no?  We have been reviewing Parker's chart in NFTRH on occasion, with this one showing the H&S breakdown shown this week.  PH depends to a large degree on a weak dollar.  Do you think PH thinks the dollar is going lower or higher near term?
