Parker to target

Here is the old chart of an old friend, PH.  It tried to bottom with a baby 'W' and finally got the job done with a big one.  It bottomed, turned up, broke resistance and now registers the baby 'W' target at the former neckline.  The next target is the 90 area off of the big 'W' that formed along with the one on SPX that was so key to our short term analysis in NFTRH.
