The weekly EMA 36 is kind of important as far as the 'price' of this gold vehicle is concerned. I write this fairly seriously because a lot of people 'play' this thing and would take note if there is a breakdown. That would not bode well for the gold stocks either, as they are 'played' by the same patrons.
However, to this point GLD is simply doing what it has been supposed to do ever since the Euro hysterics blew out and gold began 'fixing' itself by purging these unhealthy holders.
