Crude oil (WTIC)

Jeez, how long is this thing going to hang around the target?  The chart was drawn many weeks ago and WTIC has since tickled the target and hung around at the underside of the broken channel.  Weekly MACD has also gone positive.  Will you either get your ass up into that channel or go down please?  Thank you.
