What do you do?

What do you do when a stock you hold gives you a fairly rapid 16% off of a bottom feed buy and gets over bought, but you like the stock and think it could target higher?  Well, you sit around hand wringing, wanting to take profits but not wanting to be without the stock completely and then your inner voice says "take it, you earned it!" but then you go 'yah but...'  Then you go 'duhhhh, I'll sell half and tuck the rest into the core'.  Simple.  Duhhhh.
